We source our coffee through C.A.F.E. Practices, ensuring every bean meets ethical sourcing standards. From single-origin pour-overs to hand-stirred lattes, every drink is an act of care.

Every Starbucks location follows the same rigorous standards — from green bean selection to the final pour. Our Fillmore roastery batch is medium-dark, balanced, and designed to shine whether you drink it black or with milk.
We commit to ethically sourcing 99% of our coffee through C.A.F.E. Practices — verified by Conservation International — supporting farmers, protecting water, and reducing waste across the supply chain.
